Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer

Fisher Jones Greenwood is currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional who enjoys autonomy, client contact, and contributing to a collaborative, forward-thinking firm.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced property professional who would come with c.3 years’ residential conveyancing experience to manage a varied caseload covering the full spectrum of residential property matters. You could be based at either our Colchester or Sudbury office, but with the expectation of providing support at our Sudbury office one or two days per week.

You’ll handle a wide range of matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership and Help to Buy
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and professional service
